First of its kind:
dedicated baby concierge service launches in Sydney
Sydney parents now have an extra helping hand available
with the arrival of a dedicated baby concierge service, Baby Concierge.
A complete planning and consultation service for new and expectant Mums
and Dads, Baby Concierge is the first of its kind in the country.
Founder and Director, Jo Harris, noticed a gap in
the market and was quick to act.
"Through my own experience as a first-time parent,
I quickly realised that trying to juggle a career, a household, relationships
and prepare for a new baby is not for the faint-hearted!
"I started Baby Concierge to give new and expectant
parents the support and confidence they need so that they can concentrate
on parenting. If something like Baby Concierge was around when I was
pregnant, I would have grabbed it with both hands!"
Not dissimilar to the role of a wedding planner, Baby
Concierge is a 'one-stop shop' for all things baby, and provides tailor-made
services for every budget from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
Services include locating health care professionals
(obstetricians, midwives, doulas), arranging professional lactation
or sleep consultations, nursery preparation, organising post-baby fitness,
meal planning, sourcing childcare and more.
A devoted mother and proven 'expert in organisation',
Harris understands the pressure facing modern parents.
"Starting or expanding a family should be a joyous
time for parents," says Harris.
"But with the overabundance of baby and pregnancy
products and services out there, people are often overwhelmed by choice
and confused about which way to turn," she continues.
"Baby Concierge takes all the stress and worry out
of the process. Our sole purpose is to help parents prepare for baby's
arrival in every possible way. We research, prepare, locate and arrange
until our clients are satisfied that all their needs have been met.
There is nothing we can't do!"
