'Chaotic Calm' a Perfect Fit for Women of All Sizes

Women of all figures will rejoice with young Australian designer, Tia Carrigan’s latest winter collection, titled ‘Chaotic Calm’.

The new collection is innovative and versatile, using natural fibres as the basis for design, making it ideal for the modern woman who wants to be stylish, yet comfortable.

“My core design elements are based on versatility, comfort and individuality. This means that slim, curvy, pregnant or full figured women alike can wear the designs and feel comfortable, stylish and confident with their individual body shapes,” Tia says.

The collection consists of fluid, draped designs in comfortable stretch fabrics teamed with bamboo satin and metallic cotton complimenting prints in splashes of charcoal and black on muted tones of cream and pearl white with highlights of vibrant red and soft yellow.

“This collection makes use of bold, curvaceous print designs, finding intrigue in simple shapes and forms, and looks to demonstrate that life’s simplest things can also be spectacular,” she says.

The Tia Carrigan label is versatile in design to allow wear for during pregnancy. The stretch properties of the fabrics combined with clever designing means you can wear our clothing before, during and after pregnancy. Our garments allow you to feel comfortable, stylish and unique thoughout the different stages of pregnancy, post pregnancy and while breast feeding.

Tia is a fifth generation wool grower, drawing on her rural Australian skill-sets and home-grown initiative for the foundation and inspiration of each of her collections.

All of her designs are taken from concept to finished garment, including pattern making, printing and production, in a once unused rural church hall in northern New South Wales, about 500kms west of Brisbane.
